Website orders cannot currently be shipped to any PO box. Any orders placed with these addresses will not be accepted. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
International and APO addresses accepted but may have additional related shipping costs. Customers using these addresses will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Protein products cannot currently be shipped into the UK and Australia. We have currently not had any problems shipping to other international destinations, but all international orders are subject to specific customs guidelines, rules, regulations, and/or confiscations by each individual country. HIT is not responsible for any of these terms or for products not received due to customs regulations or confiscation. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
HIT Supplements will only accept returns of merchandise and products purchased directly from the HIT Supplements website (online or by phone). Returns are accepted ONLY when the following conditions are met and satisfied:
Dietary Supplements: In order to be considered for reimbursement, all supplements must be unopened and in original packaging.
Apparel: All apparel must be returned in the original packaging, including all tags labels and/or tags attached. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and without any apparent wear, tear, or smell.
Accessories: All accessories must be returned in original condition including all applicable tags; labels attached, and must be in original packaging in order to be considered for reimbursement.
All printed material, sale items, and other items not listed above are final sale items and will not be considered for reimbursement.
All returned items must be received by HIT Supplements within 30 days of your date of purchase, and have a printed copy of the invoice receipt inside the package. All refunds will be made only to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Returns will not be processed without a copy of the original invoice receipt. Do NOT ship packages back with “return to sender.” Please note that we do not have the ability to track your return and will not be responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise during the return process. Please refer to your carrier of choice for their tracking services.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Please place the merchandise to be returned in the original box in which it was received.
Include the original packing slip/invoice receipt to ensure accurate item processing for the return.
Please write “RETURN” on the top of the packing slip and specify the items that are being returned.
